PCSIR Islamabad Consultant Jobs 2024 – Apply Now for Various Positions

The Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (PCSIR), under the Ministry of Science and Technology, Islamabad, has announced various consultant and specialist positions for eligible candidates. As per the Advertisement No. 04/2024, published recently, these opportunities are available across a range of disciplines. The positions are offered on a contractual basis, extendable upon satisfactory performance.

Available Positions

1. Consultant/Specialist (Mines & Minerals, Geology, Geophysics, Exploration Geology)
   • Place of Posting: Skardu
   • Maximum Age Limit: 60 years (Consultant), 45 years (Specialist)
   • Qualification: M.Sc./B.E./RS in related fields from HEC-recognized university. Candidates must have relevant experience of 5–15 years in reputable organizations.
2. Consultant (Project Management, Strategic Studies)
   • Place of Posting: Islamabad
   • Maximum Age Limit: 60 years
   • Qualification: MS/M.Phil degree with at least 20 years of experience in HR Planning, Administration & Coordination in reputable organizations. Professional certifications will be preferred.
3. Consultant (Civil)
   • Place of Posting: Islamabad
   • Maximum Age Limit: 60 years
   • Qualification: B.E./B.S. in Civil Engineering with 20 years of experience in Civil Projects. PEC registration and knowledge of architecture and design will be preferred.
4. Consultant (Finance & Accounts)
   • Place of Posting: Islamabad
   • Maximum Age Limit: 62 years
   • Qualification: MBA (Finance) or equivalent with 20 years of experience in Finance and Accounts. Candidates with Civil Service experience will be preferred.
5. Consultant (Law)
   • Place of Posting: Islamabad
   • Maximum Age Limit: 60 years
   • Qualification: LL.B. with 25 years of experience in legal consultation. Experience in Criminal, Civil, Taxation, Corporate Law is preferred.
6. Consultant (Administration/Management, Protection & Security Protocols)
   • Place of Posting: Islamabad
   • Maximum Age Limit: 60 years
   • Qualification: Master’s degree with 20 years of experience in administration and security protocols. Candidates with armed forces background are preferred.
